Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location with great choice of restaurants due to link to 4 other Jumeirah properties. Shimmers restaurant on the Beach is really great as is PierChicTwo points that could’ be improved : there is a real shortwave of capacity for pre-dinner drinks nor is there a real bar for the evening. Also some restaurants are non-hotel owned ( I.e. Flamingo ) and service is not the Jumeirah standard. Hotel is very expensive but Would definitely go again.

It’s an excellent resort for a family with kids, it has lots of fun facilities for the whole family. Food is good, service is good. The only bad thing we faced is that buggies are hard to find to transfer to souk, wild wadi, or other madinat jumeirah hotels. I just hope that this would improve it makes a lot of difference.
